At FLOWSTEAM we do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchange policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
  1. Term: You may return or exchange your FLOWSTEAM clothes steamer within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers from the Netherlands and Belgium can return the clothes steamer free of charge. Please ensure you initiate the return or exchange process within this period.
  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals and any free gifts included with the purchase must be included.
Return or exchange
  1. Contact us: First contact our customer service at info@flowsteam.nl . Please include your order number, a description of the problem and whether you would like to return or exchange the product.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the product in the original packaging, including all materials received. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Use the return label sent by us to send the package to the address given to you by our customer service.
Process your return or exchange
  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  2. Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  3. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a product, we will send the replacement item to you once we have received and inspected the original item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the replacement item has been shipped.
      Non-returnable items
      Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:
      • Items that have been used, damaged or altered
        Defective or damaged items

        If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@flowsteam.nl . We will provide a prompt replacement or refund, including all associated shipping costs.
