At FLOWSTEAM, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to be simple and hassle-free.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
- Timeframe: You can return or exchange your FLOWSTEAM garment steamer within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers from the Netherlands and Belgium can return the garment steamer for free. Please ensure you initiate the return or exchange process within this period.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included with the purchase must be returned.
Returning or Exchanging an Item
- Contact Us: First, contact our customer service at info@flowsteam.nl. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and whether you wish to return or exchange the product.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
- Packaging: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all materials received. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: Use the return label we sent you to send the package to the address provided by our customer service.
Processing Your Return or Exchange
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refunds: If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you once we have received and inspected the original item. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the replacement item has been shipped.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@flowsteam.nl. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, including all associated shipping costs.
