ORDER & DELIVERY

Current delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands & Belgium:

Standard: Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered the next day, including track & trace. During busy periods or limited stock, delivery may be slightly delayed (1-2 days). We will keep you informed of the delivery status via the tracking information.

Germany:

Standard: Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered within 2-3 (working) days, including track & trace. Here too, during busy periods or limited stock, delivery may be delayed by a maximum of 1-2 days.

France, Sweden and Italy:

Standard: Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered within 2-4 (working) days, including track & trace. Here too, during busy periods or limited stock, delivery may be delayed by a maximum of 1-2 days.

UK:

Standard: Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be delivered within 3-5 (working) days, including track & trace. Here too, during busy periods or limited stock, delivery may be delayed by a maximum of 1-2 days.

Other (outside the aforementioned countries):

Standard: 3 - 7 (working) days (including tracking).

Warehouse:

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands, and all our products are available in stock. Orders are processed until 11:00 PM and then handed over to our logistics partners.

Shipping costs:

For orders over €20,- delivered to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany or France, we will cover the shipping costs.

Incorrect delivery address:

The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address when placing an order. If the customer enters an incorrect delivery address, the seller cannot be held responsible for the incorrect delivery of the package. In the event of an incorrect delivery address, the seller will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer, but the customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result.

Track your order:

If you have placed an order with us, you can easily track your package one day after your order using the tracking information you receive by email.
