When will my pre-order ship?

Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium and order on a weekday before 10:00 PM? Then your order will be delivered the next day. For orders to Germany or France, the delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you wish to send the order to another country, you will find more information for each country during the ordering process.

How can I track my pre-order?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will immediately receive tracking information via email. This allows you to easily follow the progress of your package from our warehouse to your doorstep. What are the shipping costs?

At FLOWSTEAM, you can return your order within 30 days if you are not satisfied.
