How do I use the clothes steamer?
Fill the water tank, connect the steamer and wait for it to heat up. Once you're done, gently press the garment steamer against the fabric and start steaming.
Do I need an ironing board?
No, you don't have to use an ironing board. You can simply hang your clothes on a hanger.
Is it safe to use clothes steamer on all fabrics?
Yes, the FLOWSTEAM clothes steamer is safe to use without the risk of burns. You can use the clothes steamer on almost all fabrics. We only recommend against using the clothes steamer on leather and suede. Also be extra careful when handling silk.
How long does it take for the clothes steamer to heat up?
The clothes steamer has a heating time of only 25 seconds. Once the red light stops flashing, the steamer is ready for use.
Is the clothes steamer suitable for traveling?
Yes, the FLOWSTEAM clothes steamer comes with a connection piece that allows you to connect a water bottle. This means you only have to take the top part of the steamer with you, which saves space in your suitcase. This makes the steamer ideal for travelling.
How long can I use the clothes steamer in a row?
The FLOWSTEAM clothes steamer has a 370 ml water tank. This allows you to use the clothes steamer for 15 minutes on the highest setting and up to 25 minutes on the lowest setting.
What should I do if my clothes steamer is not working properly?
If your clothes steamer is not working properly, please contact our customer service at info@flowsteam.nl. We will help you with your problem and provide further instructions for repair or replacement if necessary. Don't forget that you have a standard 2-year warranty on all FLOWSTEAM products :)
Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
Do you live in the Netherlands or Belgium and do you order on a working day before 22:00? Then the order will be delivered the next day. Did you place the order during the weekend? Then your order will be shipped no later than Monday. If you want to send the clothes steamer to another country, you can find more information per country during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will immediately receive tracking information by email. This allows you to easily track the progress of your package, from our warehouse to your front door. We ensure that you are always informed of the status of your order, so that you can look forward to the delivery of your new clothes steamer with confidence!
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium! For shipping to other countries, costs are clearly displayed during checkout. Please feel free to contact us if you need more information about shipping costs to your specific location. We are happy to help you.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
After placing your order you will not immediately receive an invoice from us. However, if you still wish to receive an invoice, you can contact us by email at info@flowsteam.nl . We will then ensure that the invoice is sent to you as quickly as possible!
Am I entitled to a warranty?
Of course! We offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our clothes steamers. We have complete confidence in the quality and durability of our products.
Can I return the clothes steamer for free?
Customers from the Netherlands and Belgium can return the clothes steamer free of charge within 30 days. Please contact us by email at info@flowsteam.nl and we will provide you with a return label and further instructions. We strive to make the returns process as easy and hassle-free as possible for our customers.
